Course Contents:

Friday is the weekly Eid for Muslims around the world. Hence, Muslims are encouraged to join bigger congregations for Jumuah prayer, but often many professionals and College/University students face challenges to leave their place of work or study and join the weekly Jumuah prayer in Mosques due to a shortage of time and the availability of a nearby Mosque. Hence, many try to secure a designated place for Jumuah at their place of work or study. This often presents various challenges of its own, in particular, finding a suitable Khatib who can lead the prayer; this leaves some brothers little choice but to step in and lead Jumuah prayer, many of  whom are already doing a very rewarding job, but with a little more support and training they can deliver a more engaging and uplifting service to the professional and student community.

Leading Jumuah prayer is a responsibility which leads to accountability and rewards, therefore it is essential that all professional and ISoc student Khatibs are well acquainted with the Fiqh of Khutbah, Jumuah prayer, Jamat prayer, Taharah and Tilawah with Tajweed.
